Unicode has a Latin Ae and a Cyrillic Ae. It seems like articles in os.wikipedia often use the Latin Ae, where the Cyrillic should be used instead. Has there been any discussion about this? The topic recently came up on ru.wiktionary. The two characters look exactly the same, so special tools are needed to discover the difference.
